James & Randi Dornan – Founders
James and Randi embraced God’s call to a life of ministry by building a Christ-centered home and actively leading others out of the bondage of sin. They pour their hearts into serving people who feel broken, rejected, or forgotten. When they speak, they share openly from their own stories of pain, failure, and the redeeming power of Jesus Christ. Their transparency creates trust, and their compassion ignites hope. Every day, they pursue the mission of helping others encounter the same restoration and joy that God brought into their lives.
God has given James and Randi a passion that runs deeper than words, a drive to walk beside people in their struggles and point them toward the One who heals. They refuse to shy away from the hard conversations or uncomfortable places where ministry is most needed. Instead, they step in with courage, truth, and love, believing that every soul is worth the fight.
As licensed mental health coaches, they equip individuals with biblical truth and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. They train, mentor, and disciple with intentionality, blending spiritual wisdom with sound mental health strategies. Their ministry extends beyond the pulpit or counseling session, they engage people in everyday life, offering guidance in moments of crisis and encouragement in seasons of growth. They also lead within their church, investing deeply in ministry teams, and previously served with dedication in the regeneration program, walking people step-by-step through the journey of spiritual renewal.
At home, James and Randi devote themselves to raising their three daughters to stand as strong, godly women in a culture that often pulls in the opposite direction. They lead family devotions, pray with and for their children, and teach them how to live with conviction and grace. Their daughters watch their parents model integrity, humility, and faithfulness, not just in public ministry, but in the small, unseen moments of everyday life.
For James and Randi, ministry is not a title or a task, it is the very fabric of their lives. Whether counseling a couple on the brink of divorce, mentoring a young believer, delivering a meal to a struggling family, or simply opening their home to share life with others, they serve with open hands and open hearts. Every action they take reflects their desire to glorify God and to lead people into deeper relationship with Him.
